Naming of the New Recreational area in Fernhill Heath – The Bull Meadow

The name for the new land (bought by the parish council on behalf of the parishioners of Fernhill Heath) is to be discussed at the Parish Council meeting on Monday 6 July at 19.30. The proposed name is to be Bull Meadow.

The original Bull Inn was on the site of the present day Fernhill Heath House and maps from the 1700’s record the adjacent land being called Bull Meadows. Any comments are welcome.
