Update on the four way traffic lights in Hurst Lane/A38/The Bull

The temporary traffic lights are still up at this junction and Macphilips the contractor assures us that the permanent traffic lights will be operational shortly.

SCOOT loops are in operation which will be activated by traffic on the main A38 ensuring freeflow of traffic.

There will also be a pedestrian crossing at this location.
