This is the masterplan for the redesign of the land off the A38 that North Claines Parish Council purchased in 2019. This was accepted by the parish council at their February meeting.

Bull Meadow masterplan
Here is the masterplan for the proposed changes to the land on the A38 that the Parish Council bought in 2019. This land is for the public to use and has been purchased to protect the 22 acres now known as Bull Meadow.
